Church. 1884. By G Wheelhouse. Rock-faced sandstone, Welsh slate roof.
Steeple, nave of 4 bays with south porch, chancel of 2 bays with north
vestry. Lancet windows. Octagonal steeple at south-west corner. East
window of 3 trefoiled lights with sexfoil above in plate tracery. In porch,
3 medieval grave covers: 1 with wheelhead cross, sword and shears; 1 with
wheelhead cross and sword; 1 with fleury cross on stepped base. Carved head
over south doorway. 3 C13 lancets in north wall of vestry. Interior:
moulded, arch-braced king-post roof. Stoup inside south doorway and piscina
at east end are probably medieval. VCH i, p 312.
