1833, built as four terraced 2-storey 1-window cottages. Brick with low-
pitched gabled slate roof; projecting eaves; 3 brick chimneys. Northern pair
retain small-pane casements to upper storey; other windows altered. Gauged
flat brick arches to window and door openings to lower storey. Cottages
restored to original appearance 1983, later alterations removed.
