Farmhouse, late C18, with additional wing to rear and alterations.
Painted stone with slate roof, tile ridge and stone gable end stacks.
Originally T plan, 2 storeys with attics and 3 bays. Symmetrical
composition with small central pediment. Frieze band below eaves.
Stone cills and heads to slightly recessed 6-pane sashes. Added bay
window. Doorway has porch of stone Doric columns carrying timber
pediment with modillions. Broad 4-panel door in recessed panelled
doorcase. 2-pane fanlight. Wing which runs back has 3-light timber
casements, some renewed. Brick wing to rear has timber casements,
some with small panels. Tile cills, arched brick heads.
Interior: Broad 6-panel doors, open string stair.
