Farmhouse, now house. C17 origin, rewindowed mid C19 with later alterations.
Rubble, rendered, pantiled roof with ridge and gable stacks, some slates and
double Roman tiles. Originally 3 bays to right, ridge stack probably at former
gable end, extended to left and rear. 2 storeys and 4 windows, all plate-glass
sashes with margin glazing and external shutters, ground floor has 2 canted bays
with roofs of shaped slates, valances and similar sashes, glazed porch between
bays with hipped slate roof and (1/2-glazed door, panelled inner door, bay to right
has ground floor sash as above, part of rendering missing. Right return has
single storey double Roman tiled attached building, possibly former bakehouse,
with oven and brick stack to rear, door to eaves height; left return has sash
with wider central pane at first floor. Rear has roof extended over 2-storey
rear addition, first floor has three 2-light casements, ground floor has three
2-light casements with 1/2-glazed door 2nd from left, double doors with strap hinges
to right. Interior: not accessible.
