House and Clarendon Lodge)

Gates and railings. Late C18/early C19. Rubble, freestone, cast and wrought
iron. A plinth circa 80 cm high runs circa 50 metres, on it are spearhead
railings with urn newels and linked intermediate lower rails, at left they
terminate in low piers, at right they sweep back to 2 square piers with
vermiculated rustication and rounded caps, gates are swept up to palmette heads.
