Circa 1850. Built in three sections, all of white brick. The front portion has three storeys and attic, eight windows. Five dormers, round-headed sash windows, on ground floor and casement windows above. The back portion is of lower elevation, three storeys and 10 windows, all two-light casements. The rear wing is at right angles to the others. Three storeys, two-light casement windows, some obscured. All roofs are tiled, partly damaged. Said to be the oldest factory in Huntingdon district. Very important position at south end of Huntingdon Bridge.
