C18 L-plan house. Local yellow brick and colour-washed brick. Red plain tile roof
with shallow tumbled parapet gables and end stacks. Two-storeys and attic, band
between floors. Facade parapet with deeply moulded brick cornice. Two flat-roofed
dormers with moulded dentil cornices and central gabled dormer, all with horizontal
sliding sashes and glazing bars. Symmetrical range of four recessed hung sash
windows with glazing bars in cambered arches and central first-floor Venetian window,
with modern insertion, at first-floor. Similar hung sash, ground-floor windows.
Central doorway; doorcase with panelled reveals, fluted pilasters, Doric freize,
dentil cornice and triangular pediment; six panelled door with semi-circular fanlight.
C17 range of one and half storeys to rear. Timber-framed, terminating with a
tumbled brick parapetted gable wall. Plain tile roof. Three brick piers with stone,
ball finials to side entrance.
