C16 cottage, timber-framed with jettied cross-wing and brick casing up to first-floor.
Thatched roofs; yellow brick ridge stack. One boxed dormer and ranges of three
horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars and modern casements at both floor levels.
Main side entry into cross-wing with modern porch. Interior has moulded ceiling beams
and cross-wing with wind-braced, side purlin roof intact.
