Originally Manor farmhouse with timber-framed C16 central block and early C17 and C18
wings. Two-storeys and attics. Stucco with imitation masonry joints, colour-washed
brick and old plain tile hipped roof. Moulded eaves cornice. Ridge stack to right
of centre. Band between storeys. Ranges of three hung sash windows with glazing
bars in segmental headed arches at both floor levels. Early C19 porch to right of
centre with tented, leaded roof, eight panelled door and panelled reveals. Small oval
window above. Rear elevation with tumbled parapet gable to south wing and hipped roof
to north wing. Interior has fine moulded ceiling beams in hall and parlour.
