Early C18 cottage of late C17 origin. Gault brick with red brick dressings. Part
plain tile and modern tile roof of steep pitch. Red brick dentil cornice and
chequered pattern above band. Tumbled parapet gable ends. End stacks and ridge
stack with reduced engaged diagonal shafts. One-storey and attics. Three flat-roof
casement dormers.
Segmental headed arches and original shutters to three hung sashes with glazing bars.
Two modern doors. Sealed doorway at right hand.
