Two mid C19 houses. Two-storeys, gault brick, low pitch slate roof. Three stacks
with paired shafts and common entablatures. Two projecting gables of two-storeys
flank doorway to No 53. First floor range of four recessed hung sash windows in
cambered gauged brick arches. Three large hung sash windows at ground floor. Two
six-panelled doors with rectangular fanlights.
