Circa 1880 house. T-plan. Gault brick. Modern tile roof with deep overhang at
eaves. Pierced bargeboarding with pendants to gable ends. Internal and end stacks.
One with three and one with two diagonally set shafts. Two-storeys. First-floor has
two casements with margin lights and mitred glazing bars in rusticated stone
architraves. Ground-floor left hand has hipped roof to splayed bay with moulded
mullions and similar casements. One similar casement to right hand. square-headed
drip moulds to casements to right hand. Gabled two-storey porch in angle. Gault
brick with weather-boarding to first-floor. Open sided ground-floor. Three-light
similar casement to first-floor.
