House. Mid C19. Timber-framed and plastered, hipped slated roof. Brick
stack to left hand and right hand internal stack with one shaft diagonally
set. Two storeys. L-plan with two facades each of three bays. West entrance
facade with boarded and filleted door shaped to four-centred arched heat and
with chamfered stuccoed drip mould. Two ground floor and three similar first
floor mullioned and transomed windows also with stuccoed drip moulds. Similar
details to south elevation with porched entrance. Included for group value.
