House and shop. C17 with C19 alterations. Gault brick facing to
timber-frame plastered to rear and at gable ends. Asbestos tiled roof. Red
brick ridge stacks to left of centre and right hand. Two storeys, three unit
plan. Shop to left hand with four-panelled glazed door and bowed shop window
with glazing bars; six-panelled C18 house door in lobby entry position. Two
three-light casement windows recessed in segmental brick arches to right hand
and three similar first floor windows. Included for group value.
