Farmhouse. c.1825, post enclosure for James Gosling tenant. White gault
brick painted, steeply pitched hipped plain tiled roof. Stacks to left and
right hand. Two storeys with cellars, main range of three 'bays' with
recessed extension of one 'bay' to left hand and rear outshut and service
wing. Entrance with three ground floor twelve-paned hung sash windows and
four similar first floor windows. Interior staircase and chimney pieces
contemporary with other details. Built at a cost of £800 including the
re-erection of a barn.
