Pair of charity cottages. 1834. Timber framed, plaster rendered and long
straw thatch. Shared ridge stack. One storey and attic. No. 41 has
original flush frame horizontal sliding sash and adjacent doorway with
boarded door. No. 43 has modern door and window in original openings.
Enlarged at the rear. Built by the Trustees of the Town Estate Charity,
established in early C16.
