House. C16, extended C18-C19. Timber framed, part cased and rebuilt in clunch with dressed clunch to the C18-C19 extensions. Steeply pitched, continuous, modern tile roof. Single range plan with end to road. Three bays including an intermediate bay, are C16. This was extended by one room towards the road C18-C19. It was also extended away from the road. Two storeys. Part of the ground floor of the south wall is recessed and has a jetty above. Four small pane casements at first floor. The doorways are now in the north wall.
Inside: there is no access to the roof from the interior and only part of the framing is visible. Jowled heads to main posts, stop chamfered main beam to ground floor room. Hearths not visible but possibly rebuilt. Intermediate post without a tie beam in one bay. Dressed clunch blocks visible in addition at east end. North wall probably cased or rebuilt in clunch.
