Statue, probably early C20. Stone. Figure of an elderly man
wearing fleece-lined robe. Has been identified as representing
Winter (J Kenworthy-Browne: unpublished survey report for
National Trust, East Anglia Regional Office [1980]), or possibly
the poet John Dyer (1700-58) (Bunt: Garden Sculpture at
Anglesey Abbey, in Connoisseur CXIII (1949)).
