House. Late C18. Gault brick, Flemish bond, without plinth. English bond to
end walls. Mansard roof plain tiled with tumbled gault brick end parapets.
Flush end stacks. A kitchen wing at the rear forms an L-plan. Two storeys
and attic. Two small replacement dormers. Near symmetrical facade of three
first floor mid-late C19 four pane flush frame hung sashes. Segmental arches
to two ground floor windows on either side of doorway. Original doorcase has
demi-fluted pilasters supporting a flat hood with dentil cornice on cut
brackets. Panelled door has two flush, two raised and fielded and two small
glazed panels. The kitchen wing is of red brick and may pre date the front
range.
