Dated 1684. Coursed stone rubble cottage with steeply pitched Collyweston
stone roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Two window range. Two
old gabled dormers with casements. Ground floor two, two-light milti-pane
windows with moulded stone cornices. Modern central door with cornice. Above
doorway a tablet inscribed "S.I.M 1684". Stone internal end stacks.
