1846 by George Basevi, the steeple a little later by F T Dollman. Built on
the site of an ancient Church which was demolished.
Ashlar with Collyweston stone roofs. Early English style. Cruciform plan.
The nave has lancets with cusped heads. North and south transepts. Short
chancel with triple lancet east windows. West tower with set back buttresses
and broach spire with lucarnes.
Interior of no particular interest but contains C14 octagonal font with traceried
panels on C19 base.
Stained glass east window 1863 by Gibbs.
