A C16-C17 brick house with some stone dressings standing at right; angles
to the Street, with a C19 addition at the north west end, facing Broad
Street. The windows are mainly casements. There are buttresses with stone
dressed offsets on the north east and south west fronts and an external
chinmey stack with 2 offsets on the south west front. The north west front
has a C19 public house front. Roof-tiled (old Cambridgeshire tiles), steeply
pitched.

Nos 41 & 41A with Nos 9 to 96 (even) form a group.
