House, c.1830. Gault brick with low pitch hipped, slate roof
and end stacks. Double pile plan with service and workshop
range at rear. Two storeys. Symmetrical elevation of three
recessed hung sashes each of sixteen panes. Central doorway
with wood doorcase of fluted pilasters with plain entablature.
