Cottage, formerly the Bull PH, late C17. Mainly yellow gault
brick, partly painted, with steeply pitched roof of slate with
original ridge stack, also of yellow gault brick. Three room
plan with entry to cross-passage between service end and hall.
One storey and attic. One gabled dormer. Segmental arches to
two recessed windows of three lights. C19 door. Each gable end
has early C19 window with pointed arches to head of lights.
Inside, the cottage retains the early C19 details, including the
screen between the hall and cross-passage, the doorways to the
former buttery and pantry, and the settles in the hall.
