Lodge, c.1900. Red brick, plain tile roof. One storey and
attic. Queen Anne revival. Shaped gables with two, shafted
rear stacks. One casement attic window; four-centred arch to
recessed half-glazed door, bay window to right hand and casement
window to left hand. Queen Anne revival design similar to pair
of lodges to north in Newmarket.
