Circa 1820. Of one build. Two storeys; gault brick; hipped slate roof;
wood eaves cornice; range of seven windows, flat rubbed brick arches, glazing
bars; balcony whole length of first floor with cast-iron railing and metal
verandah; square-headed doorway with moulded wood architraves in lower
side wings. Original interior fittings include plasterwork with Greek
ornamentation. Ramped screen walls connection on one side with No 3 and
on the other stretching to Tennis Court Road. (RCHM 248).
