Date 1834. Grey gault brick with stucco and stone dressings. 1 building,
4 storeys; stone cornice at cill level of top floor windows; 4 windows,
mostly with glazing bars; 2 rainwater pipes with heads dated 1834. 1st
floor windows with wrought iron balconies. Modern shopfronts. The interior
is very altered. Slate roof. (RCHM 131).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
