pantile roof and gutter modillion eaves cornice. Brick chinmeys (similar
to those on Nos 30 and 48). 2 storeys. Sash windows. Central portion
projects with doorway with rectangular fanlight and scrolled pediment.
5 oval windows symmetrically set out.
