Circa 1620, but not of the same build as No 30. 2 storeys gault brick;
slate roof; flat stone band with simple moulding above at eaves; 6 windows,
1 recess, flush frames, glazing bars; ground floor doorway of 2 square
orders with semi-circular head; 2 windows, each of 3 lights, segmental
heads and shutters; 1 single-light window and recess. Brick barrel-vaulting
in the cellar. Original staircase and some other contemporary fittings.
