Circa 1830 house. Gault brick. Slate roof with end stacks. Two storeys. Cambered arches to two hung sashes with glazing bars on either side of central, flat roofed, canted oriel window with similar sashes. Central, reeded doorcase with boss enrichments. Door of four raised and fielded and two flush panels. Semi-circular headed fanlight. Mid C19 double fronted shop with central doorway to right hand. Architrave with pilasters and plain entablature.
