House, c.1830. Brown brick with steeply pitched hipped slate roof and side stack.
Double pile plan. Two storeys. Open boxing to two flush frame hung sashes of sixteen
panes each. One similar window at ground floor and a doorway with moulded architrave
flush panelled door and rectangular fanlight.
