Pair of small houses. C17-C18, altered late C18-early C19.
Timber frame survives in left gable but is concealed below colourwashed
render and lean-to. Front rebuilt in flint with brick dressings.
Tiled roof, central brick chimney. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Barred wooden
casements: left bay has fixed window in blocked doorway to left, 3-
light casement to ground floor right, 2-light casement above, and C20
door in lean-to,to left; right bay has 2-light casement with segmental
head to ground floor, 3-light in gable above, and door to left in
C20 gabled porch. Extended one bay to right in red brick C19. Small
wing to rear of left bay is dated 1766 on brick. Other C20 extensions
to rear. Interior has winder stair in line with central stack. Included
for group value.
