2 houses. Sunnyside is C17, slightly altered. Timber frame with
whitewashed brick infill, the right gable with one curved and
one diagonal brace. Front of right bay rebuilt in whitewashed
brick. Thatch roof, half-hipped to right, hipped over half-bay to
left. Brick chimney at left end of ridge, 1 1/2 storeys, 2 1/2 bays.
Right bays have C20 paired casements, those to ground floor leaded,
those in thatch with plain glazing. Thatch swept down to left over
lean-to with old board door in porch at right end, and another paired
casement in thatch. C20 board door in right bay. Centre bay has
stop-chamfered spine beam and joists, probably re-set. Attached to N.W.
corner is The Spinney, also part C17 but with long C19 range at right-
angles to N. Original part has some timber framing with brick infill on
N. side, the remainder rebuilt in flint and brick. Half-hipped tile
roofs, the N. side with gable to right. One storey and attic, 3 bays.
C20 paired wooden casements, those to first floor in gabled dormers. C20
doors. C19 flint and brick range has 4 bays of similar openings.
