1889. By J J Stevenson. Virtually a repetition of Fellows Building though
with some nice late Victorian modifications. Ashlar. 3 storeys and attic.
Balustraded parapet. Dormers with alternate cambered and triangular pediments.
9 bays, J entrances. Coats of arms below the parapet and above the entrances.
Ground floor "Gibbs-type" windows, with rusticated architraves and voussoirs.
