1837 ashlar faced bridge taking the old Midland Railway on to Wolverton, over Watling Street. The portals have broad flanking buttress piers, with dentil cornice and blocking course carried across very slightly cambered arch and broken forward over them with corresponding section of parapet above. Between a delicate cast iron geometric pattern balustrade. Similar balustrading also on south abutment walls.
