Early C17 and later. Stone, front elevation rendered and colourwashed. Old Tile roof
to north end with hipped corner; slates to southern part. Massive rubble stone stack
at north end with diagonal shafts. Two storeys and attic, ground floor projects at
north end with tiled roof, door, sash windows to south corner. 4-light casement on
right and two to first floor.
Southern section has one sash window to ground floor and two canted oriels to first
floor with sash windows.
These light a long gallery with shallow vaulted plaster ceiling which once continued
into Stone House (No 5 Bridge Street).
At the rear a full height gabled projection containing C17 oak newel staircase.
