All known as Elm Cottages. Circa 1850, 2 storeys, flint and brick, symmetrical
block of 3 estate cottages, projecting gabled centre block. One 5-light casement
and door on ground floor. Two 2-light casements above. Wings have one window
(5-light below, 3 above), and doors in stepped back sections. Arched doorways,
brick hood moulds and labels to lower windows. Slate roof, brick stacks each
side of gable.
