SX 07 NW ST KEW TREQUITE
5/249 Granary 20m to east of Tregroide
- Manor

Granary. Circa early to mid C19. Slate hung timber frame. Slate pyramid roof.
Square-on-plan, raised up on three rows of 3 staddle stones of nearly two metres in
height.
Unusually tall granary with pathway running below. Low wall inserted between staddle
stones. Stone rubble ramp up to entrance with plank door. Slate or timber louvres
in square openings replaced with glass.
Interior: Central post removed. Interesting roof construction.
