C16/17 but externally mostly modern. Interior has much old timbering in ceiling
beams, etc. Two storeys with one storey wing on left hand; old tile roof with
chimney on ridge. Ground floor with 3 shallow bay windows on brackets and with
glazing bars; 2 entrances with modern doors; small window with leaded lights.
First floor with a gable above each door; two 2-light casements with leaded
lights. On the return in Shepherds Lane, a long wing mostly of colourwashed
brick.
