C17 refronted in C18 and much altered subsequently. Formerly an inn. Timber-
framed: cement rendered brick. Old tile roof, left-hand hipped, behind panelled
parapet. Two storeys with stringcourse at first floor level. No 20: First
floor with 3 sashes set flush and all with glazing bars. Ground floor with 2
modern shop windows and a door with tiled hood. No 22: First floor has one
2-light casement with cambered relieving arch. Ground floor has one sash with
cambered relieving arch; door with tiled hood. No 24: First floor has one
2-light casement and one blank window, both with cambered relieving arches.
Ground floor has C19 shop front with recessed door.
