C16; converted from 5 or 6 cottages, c.1905. Timber-framed; brick nogging; old
tile roof. Garden elevation shows the line of cottages. Four dormer windows,
the right-hand end one enlarged. Projecting gables at each end of elevation:
overhanging eaves. First floor with restored 4-light bay windows. Ground floor
with 4-light casements. Between gabled ends an oak board door; two 3-light
windows with stone frames, one 3-light casement and one bay window with flat
roof. Front terrace with stone balusters.
