House, formerly a row of cottages. Circa 1815. Probably estate
housing for the Marquess of Buckingham. Slight timber frame with
whitewashed brick infill to ground floor and tile-hanging above.
Whitewashed brick gables. Tiled roof,end and central brick chimneys.
1½ storeys. 4 bays. Paired leaded casements, 2 to centre of first
floor in gabled semi-dormers. Board doors to centre and in right bay.
Ground floor has lean-to verandah with tiled roof on timber posts.
Small single-storey wing to rear. Formerly known as Waterloo Cottages.
