II
Barn; early C18: timber-framed with rubble stone plinth and
gables, corrugated-iron roof. 3-bays, with central threshing
floor, wide double doors rising to eaves. 4-panel high frame, on
right boards set between studs at top, below open or brick nogging,
on left butt-jointed boarding or brick nogging. On yard side some
interwoven ventilation panels survive. Stone gables contemporary
with timber-framing. Angle brace rising from sill-beam across barn
by threshing floor to main post survives on at least one side.
