A C18 red brick building, "Moorings" is now faced in roughcast. 2 storeys and attics. 4 window range, double-hung sashes some with glazing bars.At the west end there is a 2 storey shallow bow with vertical glazing bars and at the east end a modern 2 storey bay. Modern doorways. Roof tiled, with 3 dormers, 2 are large with splayed corners,

Quayside and Moorings, Hove to and Quay Cote, Ye Olde White Harte Hotel, Shore House, Roach House and Corner Cottage, and The Anchor Hotel form a group.
