C16 and C17 building with fine C17 plaster front. Built for William and
Susan Boyes. William was a baymaker and mayor. 2 storeys and attics,
timber-framed and plastered, the roofs tiled, Very picturesque front with
4 projecting gables with moulded bressumer, barge boards and pendants
the upper storey also projects with a moulded bressumer and brackets
and a wall post dated 1680 and initialled E W and S at the east end,
and there are 4 projecting bay windows on the 1st floor; the ground floor
has 2 projecting bay windows one entrance bay, and a cart entrance. The
plaster on the front is rusticated.

All Saints House, Grey Friars, Hillcrest, Winsley House and Nos 83 & 84
form a group
