House, former farmhouse. Mid to late C17 and timber framed and plastered with
gabled peg tile roofs. Long east/west 2 storey block with 3 gabled blocks to
the rear; that at the west end only of one storey with attics. Windows are C20
leaded light casements and casements with a single horizontal glazing bar. off-
centre ridgeline stack with two diagonal shafts. Conventional baffle entry plan
form and simple straight braced framing and double sided inglenook fireplace.
Internally an early C19 corner cupboard with serpentine shelves and ogee-like
head. RCHM 3.
