House. C18 features, probably earlier origin. Timber framed and plastered.
Painted brick plinth. Red brick facing to right return. Red plain tiled roof.
External right and central red brick chimney stacks. The latter shared with
No. 38. 2 storeys. Wooden modillion eaves cornice. Central moulded wood
pentice board. 3 window range to first floor of C18 small paned vertically
sliding sashes, 2 window range to ground floor of C18 2 light small paned
vertically sliding sashes, all in moulded surrounds. Central 6 panelled door
with 2 lights, moulded surrounds, plain frieze, moulded pediment, dentils to
soffits and cornice. Moulded rainwater head.
