A C17 timber-framed and plastered house altered in the C18 and later, with a cross
wing at the south end a wing extending to the west at the north end. 2 storeys.
The windows are partly easements and partly double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
At the south end there is a large external chimey stack with roughly built crow
steps and rebuilt grouped stacks and a modern supporting wall. Roof tiled, the
west front and the south side of the west wing have a coved plaster eaves cornice.
