Public house. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with quoins and ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Steps up to central 4-panel door and 4-pane overlight in plain stone surround;
similar surrounds to windows in outer bays, late C19 sashes on ground floor
and C20 glazing on first floor. Banded end chimneys, the right with tapered
square yellow pots. Returns have round-headed central sash with intersecting
glazing bars. Low area walls with chamfered coping; plain round-topped gate
piers flank lowest step.
