Lych gate, probably 1863. Timber; Lakeland slate roof with moulded stone
ridge-piece. Two posts carry frame with cusped braces; diagonal boarding
over collared rafters with moulded ends projecting below eaves; all members
stop-chamfered. Hipped roof. Double gates with open trefoil-arched arcade
above pierced panels; ornamental metal cresting and hinges.
